Doctors/care homes/clinics/hospitals and other healthcare providers can dictate on their own handheld recorder. Once the dictation is recorded, they transfer the file to their computer using the software that comes with the recorder. We provide technical help in using the digital recorder and necessary software installation for dictation and data transfer.
To upload the files, clients are provided with unique username and password authorizing them to access the ZipIT Solutions FTP Server where they can upload their dictation files as well as download the transcribed files on any format of their specifications. Then they can easily upload the file directly to our secure server via the internet associated with 128 bit encryption provided to HIPAA Compliants. Once the file has uploaded, dictation files are automatically delivered to production facility of ZipIT subject for transcription.
Since ZipIT Solutions extends its scope in transcription, we’re not only limited with medical transcription but we currently transcribe Business and General Transcription, Podcast Transcription, and Virtual Secretary with a normal TAT varies from 24 to 48 hours depending upon the client's requirement. If it is STAT files (Short Turn Around Time), it will be given priority and processed, and the transcribed documents will be uploaded within the stipulated time.
